Submit an AI Tool for Review

Do you build an AI tool for writing, SEO or AI-content detection, and think it belongs in our reviews and comparisons? This page explains how to submit it, what we need from you and what happens next.

Our commitments before you write

  • The review is free. Submitting a tool costs nothing, and nothing can be bought here: not a test, not a ranking, not a spot in a comparison.
  • No positive score is guaranteed. If the tool does not hold up, the verdict says so, weak points included.
  • We test before we mention. No write-up from a press kit: we open the tool and use it.
  • Affiliation is disclosed. If we earn a commission on a link, it is stated, and the commission changes neither the score nor the ranking order.

The tools we look for

To be considered, the tool must:

  • be live in production (not a closed private beta),
  • fall under AI-assisted writing, editorial SEO (semantic optimization, briefs, rank tracking) or AI-generated text detection,
  • be usable by an English-speaking professional (English interface, payment in USD, EUR or GBP),
  • show public pricing and terms, at least for the entry plan,
  • respect authors’ rights and GDPR for its European users’ data.

What we need in your message

To save time on both sides, your email should include:

  • the tool name and its URL,
  • 1 to 3 specific use cases it handles better than the competition, one line each,
  • pricing (a link to your pricing page is enough),
  • the affiliate program if there is one: commission, cookie length, platform (Impact, PartnerStack, Rewardful, in-house…). It is not an eligibility condition, but it lets us label our links correctly,
  • a test account that works on real projects, with no early expiry during the test,
  • a contact on your company’s own domain (name@your-tool.com). Messages sent from a Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo address are not processed: it is the simplest filter against mass outreach.

The process in 4 steps

  1. Intake and triage. We read every message. You get an answer within 7 days, refusals included.
  2. Testing. If the tool is selected, it joins the test queue. The delay depends on our editorial schedule: allow 2 to 8 weeks.
  3. Writing. We test on real tasks (articles, briefs, texts to analyze) and score the tool ourselves. You approve neither the content, nor the score, nor the angle.
  4. Publication. The article goes live without a pre-publication review by you. You are told the day it is published.

Special cases

Account offered for the test

When a premium account is offered to us for the duration of the test, we say so at the top of the article. It gives no rights over the content, and the account can be closed once the test is over.

Correction after publication

A verifiable factual error (a price that changed, a feature removed that we described as present) is fixed within 5 days, with the update date. A request to remove a negative review is not honored.

Reasoned refusal

If we do not take the tool on for now, we explain why in a few lines. It is not final: you can come back 6 to 12 months later after a major product change.

How to submit your tool

One official channel: contact@articleiaseo.fr, subject Submit an AI tool: [Name]. The button below opens your mail app with a ready-made template.

Email the editors →

No direct messages on social media for submissions, and no repeated follow-ups: one clear 10-line email works better than an outreach campaign. For anything that is not a submission, use the Contact page (in French).
